Again, i'm late for FRIDAY FIVE. But what the hell...right?

1. Where were you born? At the Manila Sanitarium Hospital. Manila, Philippines.

2. If you still live there, where would you rather move to? If you don't live there, do you want to move back? Why or why not? I've lived in my subdivision ever since. This was where i grew up and met friends who are STILL my friends now. I really wouldn't want to move anywhere else. I love my community. Everything and everyone is familiar to me. Its my home.

3. Where in the world do you feel the safest? my room. and my boyfriend's arms (haha! tangina, ang cheesy o!!!)

4. Do you feel you are well-traveled? Nope. Not yet. I'm working on it, though. I've actually started travelling within the Philippines already. I wanna start here. So many beautiful, undiscovered places. But i'm saving up for a trip to Thailand end of this year or early next year. And Charo's coming with me. Tiba Cha? hehehehe!

5. Where is the most interesting place you've been? BORACAY. I just feel so at home in this mesmerizing island. It's really more of a lifestyle, actually. I love that its blissful during the day but its a great party at night. The beach is gorgeous, people are friendly, food is good and cheap and there's something for everyone. There's variety. And i love getting a tan (even if I'm really morena already)! In fact, i dont understand why some Filipinas spend so much on whitening soaps/creams, etc.

about moi

Loves the beach, wishes she had more time and money to travel, recently got hooked to climbing mountains, reads anything she can get her hands on, frustrated writer, adores her 3-year-old Lhasa Apso, Tashi, constantly needs caffeine, ~~wonders when she'll quit smoking~~, and will most likely die due to liver complications from drinking too much ~~(if the cigarettes doesn't get to her lungs first)~~. Can't live without accessories especially big, dangling earrings, shoe freak (aren't we all?), sucker for discovering hole-in-the-wall restaurants, will ingest anything spicy, enjoys giving and receiving massages, addicted to Friends, Sex and the City and CSI, goes gaga over kids, dreams of being alone with Jim Morrison and smoking a joint with Bob Marley. Would love to party with Gwen Stefani, shop with Patricia Field, write poetry with Maya Angelou and have Sting, Nelson Mandela, Mark Twain and Bono over for dinner.
